Trial Period includes access to all the features, including triggering multi-day campaigns, Insights and reporting.
After the trial period ends the business owner can choose a plan which is best suitable and continue to access all the features provided by Freshreview.
Yes absolutely, at the end of one-month subscription you can downgrade the plan. We can upgrade you at any point in time.

No. You can sign up and use Freshreview Review for Free for 14 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of 14 days, you can choose a plan which works best for you and enter your credit card details.
